Email support@curryrush.com. Tell us the email address or mobile number you sign in with and what went wrong. We usually reply within two working days.
Signing in
- Email: enter your email and tap the link we send you. Open the link on the same phone that has Shamagri installed. Each link works once, so ask for a new one if it has expired.
- Mobile number: enter your number and type the code we send by SMS.
- Seeing “Couldn’t finish signing in”? Check your internet connection and tap Try again. If it keeps happening, email us the short code shown under the message.
Your records
Shamagri is for record-keeping only. Its records are not tax invoices, and Shamagri is not billing software registered with the Inland Revenue Department. Saved sales records can’t be edited; record a return against the original sale instead.
Use it on a computer
Sign in at shamagri.com/app with the same account.
