Delete it in the app

1. Open the Shamagri app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on that device.

Can’t open the app?

Email support@curryrush.com from the email address on your account, or tell us the mobile number you sign in with. We confirm the request is yours, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (email, mobile number and 2-step verification settings)
• Your business profile, including your shop’s map location
• Your catalog, and every listing it had on shamagri.com
• Your list of records other shops shared with you

What is kept

Sales records and credit notes you already saved are kept, and the customers you shared them with can still see their copies. How long they are kept and why is explained in our Privacy Policy.
